At Citizens Success Academy, we provide comprehensive education, training, and support services to help returning prisoners successfully reintegrate into society and become productive citizens.
Citizens Success Academy offers is an opportunity for change. The founder of Citizens Success Academy is Reverend Dr. Roger E Dixon Sr, Success Coach and Mentor. The goal is to help men ages 20-40 returning from the Criminal Justice System an opportunity for change, through LEADERSHIP TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, EMPLOYER REFERRALS, FAMILY ADVOCACY AND PRISON REFORM; by partnering with community leaders, faith-base organizations, and intensive group coaching returning citizens achieve success with these four factors: GOALS, OPTIMISM, FOCUS, PRESEVERANCS …to Be Your Own Success Champion.
